We have been fortunate to reserve The Elizabeth New Jersey Embassy Suites at Newark Airport following the tradition of our last several reunions. The rate is $139.00 plus tax and fees for a total of $162.81 per night. This rate will apply for the period of two days before through two days after the event. Fam, that would mean if folks would like to come two or one day earlier or plan to leave Monday or Tuesday after the reunion rate $139.00 plus tax will be in effect.
Guess Suite types (king queen/queen, etc.) cannot be guaranteed and will be Hotel reserved on a first-come, first-reserved basis. All room rates include:
- complimentary hot cooked to Order Breakfast, including omelette station and full buffet.
- Complimentary 2-Hour Evening Reception with snacks, wine, beer, and cocktails.
- Complimentary WiFi in all Guest Suites.
- Complimentary Parking.
RESERVATIONS GUARANTEE
Reservation by Group Guest must be secured by a valid major credit card or deposit satisfactory to the Hotel. Deposits are refundable to Group Guess if the notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel no later than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
To schedule date of departure fee will be assessed for any guest checking out prior to their scheduled date of departure if a 24-hour notice has not been given to the Hotel. The fee will be the responsibility of the individual.
ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
As required the Americans Disability Act. Fam, the Hotel has limited supply of guest rooms that are accessible to, and assistance equipment and aid for person with disabilities. If family members are in need of accessible rooms and equipment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can request and reserve the equipment early on.
